The death of G. Robert "Bob" Gowling of Broadway St., Kensington, occurred suddenly at his home on Monday, December 22, 2014, aged 69 years. Bob was born in Hamilton, Ontario, on October 11, 1945, son of the late Joseph and Doris (Foulger) Gowling. Husband of Peggy O'Reilley. Brother of Donna (Roger) Ryan, Leona Volterman, Linda (Tom) Tennant and Diane Langdon. Nephew of Wray Foulger. Brother-in-law of Phyllis (Bud) Jardine, Gerry (Joyce), Jimmy Ben (Judy), Pat (Jackie) and Michael (Ruth) O'Reilley, Joanne (Mick) O'Kane and Mary Lou O'Reilley (Steve Morris). As well as numerous nieces and nephews. Also missed by his 4 precious felines. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington, for visitation on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Tuesday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 1 p.m. If so desired, contributions may be made to the Cancer Society or the PEI Humane Society.
