ALLISON, PAUL - The death of Mr. Paul Edward Allison, husband of Mildred (Sullivan) Allison of Quarryville, NB, occurred on Friday, December 26, 2014 at the Miramichi Regional Hospital at the age of 65. Born in Newcastle, NB, he was the son of the late Percy and Edna (Parks) Allison. Paul was a retired owner/operator truck driver who enjoyed camping and farming. Besides his wife: Mildred, Paul is survived by: three daughters: Marsha Hare (Trevor), Paula Curtis (Robert) all of Fredericton, NB and Amy Manderville (Darcy) of Smith’s Crossing, NB; three sisters: Amber McCluskey (Wayne) of Sackville, NB; Karen DeWolfe of Douglastown, NB; Darlene Hutchinson (Terry James) of Calgary, AB; father and mother-in-law: Herman and Thelma Sullivan of Gray Rapids, NB; three grandchildren: Eddy and Allison Manderville and Allisa Hare; two step-grandchildren: Janelle and Benji Curtis and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Paul is predeceased by: brother: Blaine and brother-in-law: Wayne DeWolfe.
The family will receive visitors at Bell’s Funeral Home today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. The funeral service will be held from the H. Sterling Bell Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at 1 PM. In Paul’s memory, donations may be made to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Gray Rapids United Pentecostal Church Cemetery or to a memorial of one’s choice.
