SKELHORN, James Garnet Bradley "Brad". January 18th 1956 - December 15th 2014. Skelhorn, James Garnet Bradley "Brad" - of Windsor, Hants Co., passed away peacefully Monday December 15th, 2014 at his home with his daughter in Hinton, Alberta. He was 58 years old. Brad was born in the town he loved dearly, Windsor, NS on January 18th, 1956. He spent the majority of his life in Hants County where he worked at Avon Valley Greenhouses for 30+ years and became a veteran of the Windsor Fire Department. Throughout his adulthood Brad enjoyed playing softball, bowling and dancing. He volunteered to help handicapped athletes. He was an amazing pool and snooker player winning numerous tournaments at the Windsor Fire Hall. Brad loved to play washers and spend time with his good friend Greg Lake. He loved to laugh and was a proud father and grandfather. Brad is survived by his son, Andrew Skelhorn, Oromocto, NB; Daughter, Meagan (Chris) Warren, Hinton AB; Grandsons, Isaiah Skelhorn and Hudson and Jax Warren. Brad is also survived by his sisters, Crystal (Joe) Thompson, Mirimichi, NB and Tanya Skelhorn, Windsor, NS as well as his step sister Carol Hewson, Wallington, Surrey, UK. He was predeceased by his father, Kenneth; Mother, Ivy; Brother William "Bill" and step sister Barbara. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or funeral by request. A memorial will be held at a later date.
