CLARK, KATHLEEN MARIE (BABIN) - 1927 - 2015 - Moncton, NB- Kathleen Clark, 87, passed away peacefully at Kenneth E. Spencer Nursing Home in Moncton, on January 1, 2015. Born in Richibucto NB, she was the daughter of the late Henri Babin and Vitalin Gionest. Kay was the last surviving member of the Babin family. She was a retired hairdresser. Kay also taught at the NB Community College, and later worked with Real Estate. True to her Acadian roots, Kay loved music, guitar playing and the beach. Kay’s lively spirit was often the center of fun and laughter with family and friends. Kay will be sadly missed by her three daughters, Patricia Poirier (Nelson) of Moncton, Margaret Dill (Franklyn) of Canning, NS, Katherine Breaton of Moncton; her four grandchildren Christine, Jennifer, Matthew and Mark; her eight great grandchildren, Alexa, Matthew, Benjamin, Abigail, Lucas, Evan, Jarod, and Hailey. Kay was predeceased by her late husband Thomas Clark; her brothers Benjamin, Franklin, Joseph; her sisters Rita, Jeanette, Margaret and Leocadie; and her two special angels, Michael and David (grandchildren).
Visitations will be at Passage Funeral Chapel, 625 Mountain Road, Moncton, on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 from 2:30 pm until time of funeral service. Funeral service will be held at Passage Funeral Chapel, on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at 3:30 pm.
