BRIDEAU, AGNES - It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our dear mother Agnes, which occurred Monday, January 5, 2015 at Rocmaura Nursing Home. Born in Tracadie, NB, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Elizabeth Gautreau. She was also predeceased by her loving husband Ronald J. Brideau, and brothers Norman and James Gautreau. Mom worked as a Nurse’s Aid at the Chronic and Convalescent Wing out in East Saint John. She also enjoyed her work for the Sisters of Charity. She leaves behind her daughters: Nancy (Don) Webb, Nelson, BC; Wanda (Alex) Kilpatrick, and son, Leonard (Katherine) Brideau of Saint John. Also, five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Thursday, January 8, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Ann’s Church on Friday, January 9, 2015 at 1:00 pm. Interment will take place at Ocean View Memorial Gardens.
