DUGGAN, Isabelle - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, January 12, 2009, Isabelle Duggan of Harbour Grace, age 89 years. Predeceased by husband Thomas; parents: James and Agnes Delaney; brothers: Jim and Frank; sisters: Winnie Cummings and Helen Clarke. Leaving to mourn nieces and nephews; also a large number of other relatives and friends.
