WILCOX, Carmel - Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, January 11, 2009, Mrs. Carmel Wilcox, aged 82 years, of Clarke’s Beach, N.L. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Suzanne Corbett; husband Everett; brother John (Mary); sisters: Mary (Mike) Cooney and Rita (John) Cousins. Leaving to mourn seven sons: Nicholas John, David (Linda), Clyde (Patricia), Bruce (Joan), Ronald (Claudine), Herman (Joy), Brad (Dana); three daughters: Roseanne, Susan, Patricia; twenty-four grandchildren: Everett, Shayne, Stephen, Corina, Chrisy, Cindy, Dave, Curtis, Chad, Fred, Connie, Alison, Lori Anne, Ron, Clyde, Paul, Jamie, Troy, Robert, Stephen, Jacqueline, Robert, Leah and Henry; fourteen great-grandchildren: Curtis, Cameron, Priya, Dawson, Christopher, Aiden, Dmitri, Jaden, Lucus, Kyrin, Deyon, Paul, Grace, Cassandra; and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Moore’s Funeral Home, Clarke’s Beach. Visitation Monday 2 to 5 p.m., 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday 10 a.m. to 12 noon, 2 to 5 p.m., 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. from All Hallows Roman Catholic Church, North River.
