At her home in Brantford, Ontario, on Sunday, January 11, 2015 in her 81st year, Frances Martin, beloved wife of the late William “Bill” Martin. Loving mother of Brad (Sherry) Geddes, Kimberley (Joe) Haskett, Kelly (Jim) Pratt, Shannon Churchill, and Erin (Patricia) Martin. Dear sister of Gerald Geddes, Old Barns, Robert Geddes, Brookfield, and Lorraine (Ken) Ross, Dartmouth. Predeceased by her brothers Ralph, Ronald and Eldrige Geddes and sisters-in-law Kay, Effie and Norma Geddes. Dear sister-in-law of Laura Geddes and Beryle Slater. Much loved grandmother of Michelle (Dan) Mahovlich, Mark Geddes, Ashleigh Geddes, Justin (Melissa) Haskett, Tayler (Dave) Schmidt, Sarah (Russ) Ferwerda, Melissa Martin, Andrew (Maleri) Scott and Curtis Scott all of Ontario. Great-grandmother of Lacey, Logan and Lucas. Aunt and great-aunt to many nieces and nephews of both Ontario and Nova Scotia.
