Passed peacefully away at Bonnews Lodge, Badger’s Quay on December 23, 2014, Stella Kirby age 95 years of Greenspond. Predeceased by her husband; Rev. Fred Kirby, father; Skipper Jim Carter, mother; Sarah Carter, brothers; Pearce, Clarence, Jim and Saul, sisters; Daisy and Olive. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, 3 sons; Paul, Peter, Stephen, 3 daughters; Jeanette, Cynthia, Anne, 10 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Funeral service was held on December 29, 2014 at St. Stephen’s Anglican Church, Greenspond with Rev. Cindy Graham officiating. Interment followed at the Interfaith Cemetery, Shambler’s Cove, Greenspond. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the care of Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove/ Musgrave Harbour.
