June 19, 1955 - January 11, 2015. It is with the greatest sadness that the family of the late Cyril Decker announce his passing on Sunday, January 11, 2015 in Fort McMurray, Alberta at the age of 59 years. He will be missed by his loving daughter, Cyrilanne, his granddaughter and his pride and joy, Ashlynn, and his son-in-law Mark. They were the center of his world. Also left to mourn, are his sister, Joyce (Manuel) Alves of Calgary, brothers Milton (Marie) Decker of Norris Point, Terry (Lori) Decker of Rocky Harbour, Dennis Decker and Roland Decker of Edmonton; also a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Charles and Stella and by his brother Maurice. Following cremation, his family will hold a private service for family and close friends at Park Memorial Funeral Home in Edmonton with a reception following on Saturday, January 17, 2015. A service and burial will be held for family and friends in Rocky Harbour at a later date.
