It is with great sadness that the family of the late MADONNA THERESA MOLLOY of Jean de Baie announces her passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin, on Thursday, January 8th, 2015, at the age of 90. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are sons, Peter (Lavina), Tom (Mary Jo); daughters, Diane Brown, Emma (Isaac Butler, Cathy (Cyril Power), Geraldine (Rick Lewis) and Bernadine (Craig Bennett); 13 grandchildren; Pamela, Jennifer, Melissa, Christa, Janice, Ashley, David, Steven, Tonya, Adam, Mark, Evan and Sara; 3 great-grandchildren; Katherine, Claire and Alexa; Special friends Annie Coady, Geraldine Coady and Ann Marie O’Leary Barry; Godchildren, Cathy Hennebury and Mary Gover and special nephew Gary Molloy plus a large circle of family and friends. Madonna was predeceased by husband William Molloy; grandson William Power and nephew Arch Power; sisters; Mary Power, Alice Hannam & Annie Kelly; brothers; Arch, Robert, Bernard, Jack, Leo and Peter Power.

The Mass of Christian Burial took place at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Marystown on Tuesday, January 13th, at 10:00 a.m. Interment followed at Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Cemetery in Jean de Baie.
