NICKS (Quigley), Catherine Mary – October 2, 1932 - January 13, 2009. Passed peacefully away at the Placentia Health Care Center, surrounded by her loving family, Catherine Mary Nicks of Branch St. Mary’s Bay. Predeceased by her parents Edward and Lillian Quigley, and her brother Patrick, sister in law Peggy. Leaving to mourn her husband of 51 years John; children: Lillian (Doug), Sharon (Wilfred), Pat, Steve (Sheila), and Sean; grandchildren: Cory, Jeremy, Joshua, Penny, Andrew, Stefan, Luke, Emily & Scott; special great-granddaughter Lauryn, special cousin Denis and Annie Nash and family, a large circle of extended family and friends in the U.S.A. and Canada. Flowers gratefully accepted or a donation may be made in her memory to the Daffodil House, or to the Lions Manor Nursing Home, Placentia. Resting at Holy Rosary Church, Branch. Funeral Mass to take place on Friday, January 15, 2009 at 11:30 A.M. at Holy Rosary Church, Branch. Interment to follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Branch.
