MELANSON, ADELINE - 1912 - 2015 - Adeline Melanson, 102, of Résidence le P’tit Chez-Nous, Grande-Digue, formerly of Moncton, passed away on Tuesday January 20, 2015 at The Moncton Hospital. Born December 5, 1912 in Cap de Cocagne, she was the daughter of the late Amand and Marie (Cormier) Caissie. She will be sadly missed by a sister, Madeleine Boudreau of Grande-Digue; a daughter-in-law, Claudette Melanson of Moncton; two grandchildren: Marcel (Carole) of Scoudouc and Carole (Yvon) of Shediac; two great-grandchildren; Xavier Cormier and Michelle Melanson; many nieces, and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Aubrey (2005); her son, Bernard (2011); two infants: Claudette and Robert; six sisters: Sr. Léozé, Cécile, Marguerite, Roseanne, Sr. Aline and Ozélie; five brothers: Philippe, Amand, Arthur, Joseph and Raoul. The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900). Visiting hours Friday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 pm, and Saturday from 9:30 am until departure (10:15). The funeral mass will be celebrated at St-Louis-de-France Roman Catholic Church, 5 Pleasant Street, Moncton Saturday January 24th at 10:30 am.
