The death occurred at the Wedgewood Manor, Summerside, on Thursday, January 22, 2015, of Ivan Louis Sherry, aged 86 years.
Born in Summerside, he was the son of the late Louis and Mary (Hagen) Sherry.
Survived by his children, Mike Sherry, Paula (Gerry) Ginson, Steven (Janice) Sherry and Anne Hiscock; daughter-in-law, Brenda Sherry; grandchildren, Glenn, Michelle, Angela, Sarah-Anne, Kaitlyn, Jennifer, Meagan, Lucas, Sherry-Anne and Ashley; great-grandchildren, Marcus, Nathan, Jake and Max; a brother, William Sherry; and a sister, Thelma Murphy.
Predeceased by his wife, Nina (Aitken) Sherry; his sister, Mary Joan Sherry; and by his stepmother, Alice Sherry.
Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, until Tuesday, then to St. Paul's Church, Summerside, for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment later in St. Paul's Cemetery, Summerside. Visiting hours Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
