HEANS, BEVERLY
Beverly “Bev” Gordon Heans loving husband of Jeanette (Higgins) Heans went to be with his Lord and Saviour on January 26, 2015.
Born in 1927 he was the son of the late Beverly and Ada (Belyea) Heans. He was a proud Fairville Boy growing up on the west side. Bev enjoyed a good game of tennis, badminton, and in his younger years a good game of hockey. He loved the summers where he spent time at the “Eye brow”.
Bev will be missed by; daughter June of Ontario; granddaughter Tracey; nieces Janet, Elaine, Karen; nephews Larry and Allan; sister in-law Naida Heans of Saint John, NB; brother in-law Louis Logan of Saint John, NB.
Besides his parents Bev was predeceased by granddaughter Andrea; nephew Glen Keating; son-in-law Brian Forster.
Arrangements are under the care of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave, Saint John (634-1701). Visitation will be held on Wednesday January 28, 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A memorial service will take place at Castle Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday January 29, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place at Fernhill Cemetery.
