AMOS, JEAN MAE
Mrs. Jean Mae (Watson) Amos, wife of the late Charles Arthur Amos of Serenacare , Moncton, formerly of Miramichi, went to be with her Lord and Saviour Monday morning, January 26, 2015, at the age of 89.
Born in Moncton, NB she was the daughter of the late Harry and Annie (Marr) Watson. She was a homemaker, member of Newcastle United Baptist Church, a life time member of the Woman’s Missionary Society, a member of the Church choir, and also a member of the Gideon’s International.
She is survived by two daughters; Gloria Quinn (Jim) of Miramichi and Gay Crossman (Terrence) of Riverview, one son Gary (Bonny) of Lower Coverdale, and four grandchildren, Aaron, Jonathan, Justin and Tera-Mae.
Besides her parents and her husband she was predeceased by two sisters; Vivian Leaman and Patricia Dickison, one nephew; Norman (Jimmy) Steeves.
Mrs. Jean Mae Amos is resting at Davidson’s Funeral Home, 597 Old King George HWY with visitation Thursday, January 29th, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral Service will be held Friday, January 30th at 2 pm at Davidson’s Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Daniel Cormier officiating, assisted by Reverend Kevin Matthews.
