Barbara Jean McEwen

On Sunday, December 28, 2014, Barbara McEwen of Grande Prairie, formerly of Fort St. John, B.C. passed away peacefully at the age of 74 years.

Barbara will be lovingly remembered by her children: Marie (Floyd) and Jennifer; daughter in-law Thelma, son in-law Josh; her grandchildren Allan (Pamela), Melanie (Rory), Jamie (Ryan), Joshua, Mandi (Clayton), Kyle, Tanner, Michelle, Sheldon (Lindsey), Ryan, Natasha, Danika (Robin), Darien, Kaine and Jade; also by her numerous great-grandchildren. Barbara will also be fondly remembered by her brother Albert, her sister Betty and also by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Barbara was predeceased by sons Daniel and Tony and her daughter Pamela.

A Celebration of Barbara’s life will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2014 at 3:00 pm at Oliver’s Funeral Chapel in Grande Prairie (10005 107 Ave).
