Predeceased by wife Lucy, August 2000; father Josiah; mother Sarah; brother John; sisters: Julia and Ester. Leaving to mourn sons: Cyril (Judy), Mississauga, Ont., Lloyd (Mary), St. John’s, Ralph (Bertha), Josiah and Mary of Frenchman’s Cove, Charles (Marie), Fortune; daughters: Gloria Myles (Gord), Susan Barnes (Charles) of Garnish; 14 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; other friends and relatives. Resting at Frenchman’s Cove United Church. Funeral Saturday, January 17, at 1 p.m. Interment in United Church Cemetery, Frenchman’s Cove.
