Albert Joseph Zsombor

Albert passed away peacefully on January 27, 2015 at the Lakeview Pioneer Lodge in Wakaw, at the age of 80years. . He will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed. Albert is survived by his children: Daryl (Shelly) Zsombor of Wakaw, SK., Sandra (Gordon) Olynyk of Cudworth, SK., and Dwight (Tracy) Zsombor of Prince Albert SK.; his grandchildren: Shelby Zsombor, Crystal Olynyk (Josh Lawton), Carrie (Andrij) Olesiuk, Kyle Olynyk, Larissa (Cody) Volek, and Jessica (Shawn) Kohle; his great-grandchildren: Siena, Brayden, Natalie, Kaitlyn, Nathan, Anika, Oliver, Emily and Kaden; his brothers Edgar (Marian) Zsombor of Pilot Butte, SK., and Ron (Linda) Zsombor of Sherwood Park, AB.; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Mathilda and his parents Louis and Mary (Meszaros) Zsombor. A public visitation will be held at the chapel of Kushneryk Funeral Services in Wakaw on Sunday, February 1, 2015 from 7-9 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the St. Theresa Roman Catholic Church in Wakaw, on Monday, February 2, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Phong Tran as celebrant. Interment will follow at the St. Theresa Roman Catholic Cemetery. Donations in memory of Albert may be directed to the Children’s Hospital.
