KEITH, CHARLES
Charles Benjamin Keith, 92, of Havelock, passed away Sunday, February 1, 2015 at the Sussex Health Center.
Born in Havelock, he was the son of the late Rainsford and Beatrice (Jones) Keith. He was a farmer and he taught school for one and a half years before returning to a farm career. Charles was a former member of the Kings County Historial Society, the Havelock Lions Club and he was active in many farm organizations. He enjoyed his family and was very proud of his grandchildren and loved them dearly. He also liked to have people come for a visit.
He is survived and missed by his wife Elizabeth; children Charles (Victoria), Robert (Melissa) and Virginia Keith all of Havelock; granddaughters Stephanie Estey (Mark), Joanna Keith (Daniel Mort), Dr. Melissa Keith, Emmett Keith, Rory Keith and Meren Keith; great-grandson Jonah Estey; sister Katherine Little of BC and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents he is predeceased by his brother Ford and sister M. Virginia Keith, PHD, Ed.
There is no visitation or service by personal request. Interment at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Salisbury Funeral Home and Crematorium (372-4800).
