December 30, 1961 - January 28, 2015 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Samuel Lucas announce his passing on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at his residence in Edmonton, AB at the age of 53 years. He will be forever remembered, loved and missed by his wife Cynthia; brothers: Martin (Viola), Isaac (Laura), Adolph (Pearl), Albert (Helen), Percy (Mary), Sebastian (Marilyn), David (Cavelle), Hayward; step-brother Raymond (Theresa) Bennett; sisters: Mercedes Young, Marie Critchley, Olivera (Walt) Shirley, Shirley (Bill) Pentland, Madonna (Calvin) Barter, Rosalie (Sid) Styles; step-sister Mary-Ann (Howard) Walters as well as many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. He was pre-deceased by his parents Joseph & Florence Lucas; sisters; Catherine, Augustine; brothers: Vincent and Maurice. The Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. from Assumption Parish in Stephenville Crossing with Father Edmund Dantes officiating. Inurnment will follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Stephenville Crossing. As expressions of sympathy In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetic Association.
