BRIDGEPORT, DONALD "DON" EDWARD
The death of Donald Bridgeport of Saint John occurred on Monday, February 2, 2015, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on May 7, 1948 in Saint John, he was the son of the late Alfred and Pearl (Titus) Bridgeport.
Prior to his retirement, Don was a loyal employee of McAvity’s for 35 years.
Don is survived by his brother, Doug Bridgeport (Janice) of Saint John; niece, Gail O’Blenis (Timothy); nephews, Bill and Jamie Bridgeport; great-niece, Taylor and great-nephew, Michael; as well as close childhood friend, Peter Nurse.
Although there will be no visitation, relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service, which will be held from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) on Monday, February 9, 2015, at 2:00 PM.
