Peacefully at Beach Grove Home on Wednesday, February 4, 2015, of Alonzo R. Laybolt, formerly of West St. Peters, in his 88th year.
Beloved husband of the late Florence (nee Roach) Laybolt, and dear father of David (Rhonda), Reggie (Ann-Marie), Verna (Francis) Dingwell, Alfred (Jeannie), Gary (Joan), Yvonne (Charlie) MacAulay, Darlene (Lloyd) Doucette, Bernadine (Roger) McMahon, Donnie (Sharon), Patsy (Ronnie-deceased) O'Hanley, Blaine (Maryleah), Sandra (Robert) Savoie, and Anita Laybolt. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, and sisters, Dorothy Trainor, Alberta Deagle and Gertrude Roach.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Monday morning, then transferred to St. Andrew's Church, Mount Stewart, for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment later in St. Andrew's Parish Cemetery.
If so desired, memorial contributions in Alonzo's memory be made to the Beach Grove Meadow Unit.
