CORMIER, LÉA
Léa Cormier, 99, of the Villa du Repos, Moncton, passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at her residence. Born on July 16, 1915 in St-Maurice, she was the daughter of the late Firmin and Elise (Cormier) Maillet.
She is survived by two children; Yvette Meunier and Valmont Cormier both of Moncton, a brother: Oscar (Ida) Maillet of Hartford CT.; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Ernest (1999); one son Donald (1997); seven sisters and brothers: Madeleine Maillet, Rita Richard, Yvon, Tilmond, Martin, Alcide, Léandre.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) from where the funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 10 am. Visiting hours are Tuesday 9 am until time of funeral. A reception will follow at the centre.
