It is with sadness that the family of Elizabeth Dobbin announce her passing on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at the Western Regional Hospital in her 90th year. She will be lovingly remembered by her children: son Edward Dobbin (Theresa), daughters Marian Rose (Rex), Debbie Hull (Ray); grandchildren: Doug, Paul, Sean, Allison, Nicole, Kelly and Ryan; great grandchildren: Brandon, Nathan, Kyle, Kevin, Rayne and Grayson; sisters: Eliza Sharpe, Melvina Brake; son-in-law Gerry Buckle; sister-in-law Dorothy Humber; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was predeceased by her husband William, 1998; daughters: Dorita and Paulette; son David; parents Cassie and Edward Humber; sisters: Rachel, Marion, Edna and Jeanette; brothers: Andrew and Cyril. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, February 11th at 10:30 am from Sacred Heart Church, Curling Street, with Father Ambrose Hynes officiating, followed by the interment at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street, Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to Sacred Heart Parish, 465 Curling Street, Corner Brook, NL A2H 3K8.
