CRAIG, JEAN EFFIE (McKAY) nee FRIARS
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jean on February 8, 2015 at Chatham Health Alliance, in her 100th year.
Born in Marysville, New Brunswick on Dec 15, 1915. Daughter of the late Edgar James and Gertrude Friars. Her caring nature evident in 30 years as an RNA.
Loving mother to Sonja ‘McKay’ (John) Sloka, Robert (Sandra), Fred (Marilyn), Tom (Diane) Rankine and Debra Collin. Nannie to Shirley Ann and Jamie Sloka, Michael Rankine, Keith and Michelle Collin, and Donna Dolbear. Survived by her sister June McCluskey of St John NB, and brother James Friars of Thornhill ON.
Predeceased by husband Robert Rankine, siblings Edgar Friars, Florence Best, Nellie Stevenson, Grace Sullivan, Fredricka Berry and Robert Friars.
