ROBICHAUD, ALICE M.
1929 – 2015
Alice Robichaud of K.E. Spencer Nursing Home, formerly of Murphy Ave., passed away on Friday, February 13, 2015 at her residence. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Johnny LeBlanc and the late Annette (Nancy) Bourque (Cormier). Alice was formerly employed with Vail’s Dry Cleaners and attended St. Bernard’s Church.
She will be dearly missed by her son, Omer (Marilyn) Cormier of Riverview; cherished first cousin, Lorraine Ellis of Moncton who was like a daughter to her; brothers, Gerald of Shediac, Edward (Edith), Laurie and Andrew all of Moncton; grandchildren, Tracy, Jason, Kristy, Bill; and several great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband, Aurele Cormier in 1969, second husband Francois Robichaud; sisters, Lorraine, Irene, Rita; brothers, Albert, Isidore and Alfred.
The family would like to sincerely thank the wonderful staff of the K. E. Spencer Nursing Home for the genuine care and support they extended to Alice while she resided there.
Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family at Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd., Riverview, (869-2007) on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00pm. A service celebrating Alice’s life will take place from Cobb’s Funeral Home Memorial Chapel on Friday, February 20, 2015 at 11:00 am with Father Allison Carroll officiating. The interment will take place in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery at a later date.
Donations in Alice’s memory can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or a memorial of the donor’s choice.
