The family of the late Eddie Tighe would like to thank our families and friends for all their love and support during our trying time. To those who brought food, visited, sent memorial cards, emails and phone calls – thank you. To those who attended Eddie’s funeral, it was such a comfort. To Eddie’s other family, The Men of The Deep, thank you for the love you had for Eddie. Your choir was wonderful and the honor guard would make him so proud. To Bobby Roper, your hymn was beautiful. To Jack and Elaine MacQueen, your eulogy brought a tear to every eye, your love was evident. I will never forget the good times we had. Thank you for a great friendship. To the Army and Navy, thank you for the honor guard and the beautiful lunch at the reception. Dr. Oei, thank you for all the years of care. A special thank you to our neighbor Lynn Vaninetti who was and is always there for Eddie and I. “He loved his cap”. To Fr. Huntly, Fr. Reggie, Fr. McDow and Fr. Lathigee, thank you for the beautiful service. To McGillivary’s Funeral Home for their professionalism and compassion – we extend our sincere gratitude.
