Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, March 22, 2008, Thomas Noseworthy of Cupids aged 85 years. Predeceased by his parents Thomas W. & Marcella (nee Snow) Noseworthy, sisters, Hazel & Pressie and brother, Maxwell. Leaving to mourn his wife or 63 years, Ivy Lillian (nee Boone), sons, Norman (Marie), Ralph (Linda), Tom (Pauline), daughters, Mabel (Bob deceased), Ivy (Gary), eleven grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren, sisters Muriel (Roy deceased) Boone, Sadie (Hector) Mercer, brother, William (Evelyn Deceased), beloved uncle of a large number of nieces and nephews, also a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Broughton's Funeral Home, Brigus with visitation on Monday from 10 a.m.- 10 p.m., Tuesday from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Funeral to take place on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at 2 p.m. from the Cupids United Church with interment to follow in the United Church Cemetery, Cupids. Pallbearers, Norman Noseworthy, Ralph Noseworthy, Tom Noseworthy, Gary King, Andrew King and Paul Noseworthy. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Cupids United Church.
