BOURGEOIS, HENRI
1916 - 2015
Henri Bourgeois, 98, of the Villa Providence, Shediac and formerly of Archibald St. Moncton passed away on Friday March 6, 2015 at his residence. Born June 22, 1916 in Moncton, he was the son of the late George and Albina (Leger) Bourgeois.
He was a 4th degree member with the Knights of Columbus and prior to his retirement he was a Brakeman for CNR with 49 years of service.
He will be sadly missed by his second wife: May (Cormier) Bourgeois of the Villa Providence, Shediac and formerly of Dieppe; step-children: Paul, George, Allison, Angela, Marc; sisters: Adela (late Gérard) Cormier of Dieppe, Bernice Dupuis of Lynn MA, several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren and by many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his first wife Dolora Delaney; one brother: Zoël two sisters: Corinne LeBlanc, Rita Duguay and by a stepson Roger LeBlanc.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) from where the funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 11 am. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 9 am until time of funeral. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary cemetery, Dieppe.
