Passed peacefully away in her 82nd year, Joan Fraize of St. John's (formerly of Caledonia, Nova Scotia). Predeceased by her husband, Detective Staff Sergeant Thomas Fraize, as well as her parents Marjorie and Wallace Frail and Foster and Kay Ball. She leaves to mourn her only son Thomas W. Fraize Q.C. and his wife Noreen Greene-Fraize, along with her three beloved granddaughters Lara (Michael), Kalli and Alanna, her sisters Betty Watts (Norman) and Barbara Vienot (Barrie), brother-in-law Harold Fraize (Betty), close family friends Richard Moskovits, Christopher Wilton, Derek Hunt and cherished cat Boots. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Sunday and Monday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will take place at 11am on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 from Cochrane Street United Church with interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Field of Honour. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in Mrs. Fraize's memory may be made to St. Francis Feral Feline's.
