Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, William Murphy, age 72 years. Predeceased by his wife, Joan Marie (2010), parents: Annie & William Murphy, brother: Lawrence. Left with fond and loving memories are his son, Damion, daughter: Karen Hayes (Luke), grandson, William, brothers: Denis (Cathy), Kyran (Janet), sister: Shirley Murphy (Paul) and a circle of extended family and friends especially the Whelan family. Resting at Dunphy's Funeral Home, Holyrood on Thursday from 2 - 4 pm & 7 - 9 pm. Funeral will take place at 10:30 am on Friday, March 27, 2015 with Mass of Christian Burial from Assumption Church, Avondale. Internment to follow in Assumption Cemetery, Avondale.
