Betty Butts
We, the family of the later Betty Butts, would like to express our sincere gratitude to our family and friends for the kindness and support shown during this difficult time. A special thanks to Leah and Michael Edmonds and Gordie and Jane MacLean for opening their homes to us during Betty’s hospitalization in Halifax and to Russell Hamm for being there for Bruce. To everyone who sent prayers our way, expressed condolences and made donation to a charity, we thanks you. For the cards, food, flowers, calls and visits we will be forever grateful Thank you to Rev. Leo Boone for his comforting church service and to the altar servers, Eucharistic ministers, readers, pallbearers, choir group and ladies of St. Anne’s Parish for the lovely lunch. A special thank you goes out to Cathy Butler for her beautiful solo, “How great Thou Art”. For everyone who traveled distance, near or far, to attend the visitation and service, it was truly appreciated. Thank you to Kenny MacGillivary and staff at MacGillivary’s Funeral Home for their professional care.
