MORRIS, JEAN (nee NAIRN)
Surrounded by her loving family, Jean Morris passed away April 6, 2015 at the Turnbull Home. Born in Saint John, she was a daughter of the late Alberta (Cassidy) and John Nairn.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, and the matriarch and last surviving member of her immediate Nairn family.
Jean is survived by her children: Patti Morris, Chuck Morris(Joanne), and Jean Andrews (Tom); grandchildren: Deno, Nick, Anthony, and Kristos Kotsabasakis; Chuck, Charmaine, and Vicki Morris; and Ronnie, Sean, Rayelle, Christian, and Amanda Andrews; several great and great-great-grandchildren; niece, Kim Thorne; and cousin, Doug Beattie.
She was predeceased by her husband, Charlie Morris.
Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 7 and 8 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held Thursday, April 9 at 12 noon from Brenan’s Chapel.
