Passed peacefully away, at the L.A. Miller Centre, Palliative Care Unit on April 6, 2015 in the presence of her loving family, after a long courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by her husband Tom, and granddaughter Melissa Hawco. Left with fond and loving memories are children Barbara Mulley (Jeff), Barry (Linda), Karen King (Eric), Glenda Hawco (Tony), Shawn (Lynn) and Neil (Cheryl); grandchildren Lynette and Bradley Mulley; John (Beth Carter), Jasmine (Abuchi Ezurike) and Justin (Nicole MacIssac) Furlong, Kelli-Anne King (Neil Hedderson) and Diane James (Stephen); Nicole Hawco (Myles Bragg) and Amanda Torr (Jamie); Colin (Melissa Mahon) Krista, Joshua and Brent Furlong, Justin (Kelsey Hogan) and Mark Furlong and great-grandchild Jaxon. Also leaving her sisters Shirley Bragg (Ronnie-predeceased), Dellie Estabrooks (Clinton-predeceased) and Audrey Hudson (Alec-predeceased)(Herb Williams) brother Herbert Langmead (Fanny), her brother-in-law Frank Furlong (Clara); sisters-in-law Josephine Furlong, Agnes Feltham (Harold)and Mary Furlong and many nieces and nephews. Thanks to the many Doctors, Nurses and Staff at the Health Sciences Complex Ambulatory Treatment Unit and L.A. Miller Centre's Palliative Care Unit for the exceptional care she has received over the past years. Special thank - you to Sister Monica Hickey and the pastoral care team at the Palliative Care Centre. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home TORBAY. Visitation on Wednesday from 5 p.m. -9 p.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place at Holy Trinity Church, Torbay on Friday April 10, 2015 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Roman Catholic Cemetery in Pouch Cove. Flowers gratefully accepted, or a donation may be made in her memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of one's choice.
