The family of the late John (Jack) Cashin wish to extend thanks and appreciation to all who offered comfort and support throughout this difficult time.

To the neighbors and friends for clearing snow to enable the family to visit Jack while in the hospital, we are grateful. Thanks to Dr. Carl Sparrow for the care he has given Jack for many years, the Reliable ambulance team, the emergency department, the doctors and nurses on the Palliative Care Unit of the hospital. Respiratory, Occupational Therapy and Dietary technicians who aided Jack with changes in his condition, thank you. Father Terry Boland, you lifted Jack’s spirits with your many smiles and stories; he watched for your appearance everyday, thank you.

Many thanks for the visits to the Funeral Home, condolences on line, phone calls, sympathy and mass cards, and memorial donations and visits to our home with food.

To Laura Fillatre and her staff of FIllatre’s Funeral Home, we thank you for your kindness and support in the arrangements, and conducting the funeral with such professionalism. Father Don Leonard, your tribute to Jack during the vigil and funeral mass, kind words and support toward our family was greatly appreciated.

To the Scared Heart folk Choir who brought tears to our eyes with the singing and music, you touched our hearts deeply. Thanks to the people of the parish who prepared our family for the readings and offering and assisted Father Don Leonard with the mass.
