STEEVES, RONALD "RONNIE" AUBREY
Ronald “Ronnie A. Steeves, 63, of Stilesville, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Wednesday, April 7, 2015. Born in Indian Mountain, he was the son of the late Hubert and Julia (Murray) Steeves.
Ronnie was a woodsman by trade and enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing and attending auctions; but first and foremost spending time with his family and working alongside his son.
Ronnie will be sadly missed by his wife of 40 years, Helen (Corey) Steeves; children, Tammy Regular (Barry D.) of Berry Mills and Ronnie Steeves (Sarah) of McQuade; grandchildren, Braden, Hannah, Courtney and Sabrina; brothers and sisters, Tommy (Rhoberta), Jean Ward (Dave), Elizabeth Rogers (Ray), Joan Smith (Dave), Kenny (Lena), Donna Webb (Kyle), Shirley Wilson (Boyd), Sharon Crawford (Dave), Judy Bleakney (Evans), Ruth Joudry (Peter), Philip and Julie Lewis; sister-in-law, Myrna Steeves; several nieces, nephews and extended family members; canine friends, Max and Mickey.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by infant brothers and sister, Jimmy, Clarence and Louise and brother, Vincent.
Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Saturday from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. A Service to Celebrate Ronnie’s life will be held at Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, April 12, 2015 at 1:30 pm, with Pastor Bill Annis officiating. Interment, Birch Hill Cemetery, in the spring.
