Heather Jean Louise Hunter (nee Aylward) age 52 of Amherst passed away on Thursday, April 9th, 2015 at the QE II Health Centre, Halifax Infirmary Site.
Born in Springhill, NS, she was a daughter of Desmond Aylward and the late Jean (Sterling) Aylward.
Heather loved to spend time with family and her grandkids.
She was a great mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend to all.
She will be lovingly remembered by her father, Desmond (Susan); daughter, Amanda (Wayne) Gould; son, Jason Hunter; three grandchildren; siblings, twin, Holly; Stephanie, Ralph and Mark.
A time of visitation will be held on Thursday, April 16th, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm with a Celebration of Life on Friday between 2-4 pm all at Campbell’s Funeral Home, 98 Church St., Amherst (667-9906).
In lieu flowers, memorial contributions in Heather’s memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
