It is with great sadness that the family of the late Geraldine Bennett announce her passing on Sunday, April 19, 2015 at the Bay St. George Long Term Care Center, Stephenville Crossing at the age of 86 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Betty (Kevin) Reid, Gloria (Dave) Perry, Alberta (Richard) Andzan, Gail LaSaga, Lisa (Archie) MacNeil, Donna Kay (Andrew), Hughie, Eugene (Ruby), Larry (Valarie), Wade (Audrey), Gilbert (Jen), Dean (Dinnetia), Dwayne (Robin), Kevin (Cheryl); 23 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; four sisters; three brothers as well as other family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Edward Bennett; parents Neil & Evelyn Bennett; two sisters; one brother and one son. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. from St. Anne's Church, Flat Bay from where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Edmund Dantes officiating. Interment will follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Flat Bay. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations to a charity of one's choice.
