The death occurred peacefully on Tuesday April 21, 2015 of Mr. Claude Jamieson of Gaspereaux, aged 69 years.
Beloved husband of Marilyn (nee Loup) Jamieson and dear father of Elizabeth (Chester) Ritchie, Michael, step daughter Tracy (Chris) Makris and step son Scott (Leigh) Bryson.
Claude is also fondly remembered by his sisters; Jean (Hubert) Cann, Eileen (Garnet) Sorrie, Helen (Gene) Galipeau, Doris (Raymond) Jamieson, Sister Elizabeth Dunn, CND and brothers Roy, Donnie, George, Carl (Margaret McIsaac). Grandchildren Nicholas and Megan Ritchie, Monika Jamieson, Jacob and Olivia Makris and Liam Bryson; also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Claude was the son of the late David and Mary (Jamieson) Jamieson.
Resting at the Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home until Saturday morning then transferred to St Paul’s Church Sturgeon for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment to take place later in the parish cemetery.
If so desired, memorials may be made to the St Paul’s Cemetery Fund, Sturgeon.
Visiting hours at the funeral home Friday 6 to 9 p.m.
