HUTCHINGS, Eric Leslie (1929-2009). It is with great sadness that the family of the late Eric Leslie Hutchings announce his passing at the Health Sciences Centre on January 19, 2009 at the age of 79. He is predeceased by his infant son John; brothers Leighton, Donald, and Wilbert; and sister Geraldine. Leaving his wife of 52 years Gladys (nee Young); sons Harry (Denise) and Stephen (Patricia) in Ottawa; special daughter Andrea at home; sisters Ruth LeGrow and Mollie Abbott (Richard); grandchildren Taylor and Lauren; and special friends Olive and Herb Pike. A private service was held and interment was at the Anglican Cemetery, Forest Road. Donations in his memory may be made to the Vera Perlin Society.
