DANIEL LAWRENCE
June 25, 1923 – April 19, 2015
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Daniel Lawrence announces his passing at the Dr. Charles L LeGrow Health Centre on April 19, 2015 at the age of 91 years. Daniel was the son of the late Nicholas and Mary Ann Lawrence. He was also predeceased by his daughter Martha, Son Gordon, Grandchildren Shawn Hatcher and Cathy Fae, and great- grandson Ben Lawrence, five brothers and one sister. He leaves to mourn with many fond and precious memories his loving and devoted wife Gladys of 70 years, sons Willard (Fay), Raymond (Patsy), Danny (Liz), Perry (Susan), Dean (Norma), Bobby (Denise), Scott (Sandra). Daughters Louise (Phil) Hatcher, Bonnetta (Wes) Organ, Julie Lawrence (Don Strickland), Ann (Nelson) Samms, Coreen (Kevin) Skinner, Maisie (Percy) Evans, Marilyn Badduik (Brad Pearson), Shaunna (Scott) Reid, Tracy (Darren) Button, and daughter- in- law Wanda Lawrence. Grandsons Ricky, Warren, Chris, Todd, Marco, Matthew, Clifford, Myles, Nickolas, Bret, Adam, Lucas, Cody, Jake, and Charlie. Granddaughters Shelley, Coreen, Bonnie, Melody, Tina, Melissa, Lisa, Holly, Monica, Julia, Dawn, Susan, Megan, Bailie, Samantha, Katherine, Jessica, Sarah. 32 great grandchildren, and 1 great- great- grandson, plus a large circle of extended family and friends. Visitation took place on Tuesday and Wednesday from Holy Spirit Anglican Church, Isle aux Morts. Funeral services took place on Thursday, April 23 at 2 p.m. from Holy Spirit Anglican Church with Rev. Maryrose Colbourne officiating. Interment to follow at Hillside Haven Anglican Cemetery, Isle aux Morts Road. Flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Holy Spirit Church Fund.
