POMROY, Rosemarie (nee Dray) — Passed peacefully away, in the loving arms of her family, Rosemarie Pomroy (nee Dray) of Dunville, Placentia Bay, formerly of Little Bona. Predeacesed by her parents Bridget and John Dray; mother-in-law Nellie Pomroy; brothers Anthony, Jimmy, Dominic and Anthony; sister Veronica (Joe Pearson); brothers-in-law, Gabe Pomroy and Peter White; and sister-in-law Mary Dray. Leaving to mourn her loving and devoted husband of 41 years, Vincent, and two daughters, Nina (Frank Healey) and Carol Anne (Leslie Legge); Nanny’s precious grand-daughters, Frankie and Madison Healey; as well as Dennis and Alison Dray, who she considered as her grandchildren. Brothers: Din, Willie Jim (Blanche), Joe (Blanche) and Eugene (Cathy); sisters: Mary White, Helena (Pat Power) and Marie (Kevin Dobbin); sisters-in-law Lucy Dray (Frank) and Sandra Dray; and her special Aunt Ethel. Mom also leaves to mourn her other family, The Pomroys: parents-in-law Patrick and Angela Pomroy; brothers-in-law Rod (Mathilda) and Gerard (Rita); sisters-in-law Theresa (Tom Leonard), Viola (Art Pink), Madonna, Angela (Garry Hodgkinson) and sister-in-law Rose (Elmo). Mom remained so proud of her large extended family, especially her many nieces and nephews whom she considered her own and who cared for her in many ways over the years and the past few months. She was so lucky to have her special nurses, Annie, Beverley, Jacinta, Gloria, Evelyn, Wanda and Trudy — you were her angels.
