Barbara Joan Hicks (November 16, 1959-April 30, 2015) passed peacefully away at the St. John’s Long Term Care Home after a full and happy life. Predeceased by her parents Major Russell Hicks, Major Gladys Hicks (Winsor) and Bruce Winsor. Left with wonderful memories are sisters Judy Power (Dave), Linda Beadle (Chris) and brother Russell (Sue) along with nieces and nephews, Suzanne (Wayne), Kristen (Brad), Geoffrey (Natalia), Sean(Katie) and Hayley (Lewis). Missing their adored great aunt, are Brock and Kampbelle. Our deepest appreciation to the Perlin Prevocational Training Centre for their support over the years and to the staff at 2NorthEast for their dedicated and skilled care. A Visitation will take place on Saturday, May 2, 2015 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. 329 Freshwater Rd. and a Funeral Service will take place at Carnell’s Memorial Chapel, 329 Freshwater Rd. on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. No flowers by request.
