James Joseph 'Jim' MacKinnon, Washabuck/Thunder Bay passed away suddenly in Thunder Bay at the age of 65.
Born in Washabuck on April 15, 1950, he was the son of the late Dan Alex and Martha (MacDougall) MacKinnon. He was a welder by trade and worked on various jobs throughout Canada.
He is survived by his sons, Dale, Halifax and Warren, Victoria, B.C.; his sisters, Jane (Dan Archie) Cummings, Mabou and Muriel (Jimmie) McKay, Truro; his brothers, Roddie (Mary), Antigonish and Donnie (Cheryl), Washabuck and by his aunt, Frances MacDougall, Mabou.
Cremation has taken place. Burial in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Washabuck, at a later date.
