JARVIS, MYRTLE ISABEL
It is with great sadness the family announce the passing of their mother Myrtle Isabel Jarvis of the Loch Lomond Villa. Myrtle passed away at her late residence on Thursday, May 7, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.
Devoted wife of the late John E.” Jack” Jarvis. Myrtle was born in Fredericton June of 1925.She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Myrtle adored children and was a child care provider for more than 30 years along with raising her own family.
Myrtle is survived by her children John Jarvis (Shirley) of Saint John, Michael Jarvis (Debbie) of Hampton; Sherry Ramsay (Robert) of Quispamsis and Theodore Jarvis (Geraldine) of Saint John; sister Marie Walls (Clair) of Calgary; grandchildren Tyson, Troy, Amy, Jessica, Shane, Sheldon, Sherry, Michael and Shawna; several great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews and friends. Myrtle was an avid card player; she enjoyed gardening, country music and spending time with family and friends at the cottage in Grand Lake.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Fundy Funeral Home 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation on Sunday May 10, 2015 from 2 to 9 p.m. A Celebration of Myrtle’s Life will be held on Monday May 11th, 2015 from the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel at 3:00 p.m. followed by a reception. Private family interment to take place at Ocean View Memorial Gardens.
