RICE, Frank — Passed peacefully away at the L.A. Miller Centre, Palliative Care Unit on January 24, 2009. Francis D. Rice (Frank), aged 70 years. Predeceased by his parents Charles and Evelyn; brothers Bernard, Ted and Charlie; sister Margaret (Sturge). Leaving to mourn his loving wife Lorraine; loving children: Karen (John), Judy (Glen) and Frank (Dayna); grandchildren: Steven, Danielle, Kristen, Madison, Logan, Hope and Eric; brother: Greg (Daphne); sisters: Marie (Mel), Evelyn, Jean (Bill) and Maureen: Brothers and sisters-in-law: Clarence and Margie, Bill and Rose, Mae and Ed and Garry and Patsy as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Special thank you to Dr. Dan Malone and receptionist Bonnie, Dr. K. Norman and Staff at the Health Sciences Centre and to the Doctors and Staff at the L.A. Miller Centre, Palliative Care Unit. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, January 27th, 2009 at 2 p.m. from Caul’s Chapel. Cremation to follow.
