The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Thursday, May 14, 2015 of Edward Thomas Gaudet, at the age of 69 years, from Wellington.
Son of the late Eddie and Beatrice (nee Perry) Gaudet. Edward was born at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on December 27, 1945.
Edward is survived by his special friend, Nancy Oakes. Survived by sisters, Joan Heeschen, Mildred (Maxime) Arsenault, Betty (Joe) Arsenault, Janita (Alfred) Arsenault, Noreen (Urbain) Arsenault and also special friend, Bruce and Linda Desroches. Edward is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Edward is predeceased by his parents; sister, Doria; brothers-in-law, Eric Richard, Blair Heeschen and Alden Cameron.
Resting at the Evangeline Co-op Funeral Home, Urbainville, until Monday, May 18, 2015, for funeral service in the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. Visiting hours will be on Sunday, May 17, from 6 to 9 p.m. only. Interment to take place in the Immaculate Conception Church Cemetery in Wellington a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Edward's memory to the Cancer Society, Evangeline Co-op Funeral Home or to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
