Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family at Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, May 17, 2015, well known businessman, Mr. Isaac Roach of Bay Roberts, aged 86 years. Predeceased by parents Isaac and Eleanor Roach (Kellegrew), son Barry deceased in childhood; sisters: Susie (Pasco) Squires, Rosalie (Herbert) Russell; brothers: John (Susie) Roach, Edward (Mary) Roach and Frank (Della) Roach; brother-in-law Fred Pilgrim. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his loving and devoted wife of 68 years Mrs. Josephine Violet Roach (Snow); sons: Boyd (Lillian), Gary (Irene) and Edsel (Marlene); daughter Glenys Saunders (Carl Chipman); sister Elsa Pilgrim; 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Resting at Moore's Funeral Home, Bay Roberts with visitation on Monday: 7 PM - 9 PM; Tuesday: 10 AM - 12 Noon, 2 PM - 5 PM and 7 PM - 9 PM; Wednesday: 10 AM - 11:30 AM. Funeral Service to take place on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at 2 p.m. from the Salvation Army Citadel, Bay Roberts with internment at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Coley's Point. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
