CURRAN, CHRISTINA
At Victoria Glen Manor, Perth-Andover, May 22, 2015, Mrs. Christina Curran of Grand Falls passed away at the age of 89 years. She was the wife of the late Lawrence Curran. Born at Grand Falls in 1926, she was a daughter of the late William and Mary Loretta (O'Hagan) Morrissey.
She is survived by her son, Richard Curran (Lorraine) of Poplar Hill, Ontario, two grandchildren, Richard Thomas Curran and April Marie Hay of Saint John, great granddaughter, Zoey, sister, Rita Baker and brother Cecil Morrissey of Grand Falls, several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by sisters and brothers, Jerome, William, Clarence, Dorothy, Bernadette, Kathleen McCue, Claire Godbout, Martina Senechal and Sister Marie Morrissey.
Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting hours Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Her funeral service will be held Friday, May 29th at 10 a.m. from St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, Grand Falls Portage with Father Gilbert Doddatto officiating. Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
